ok,this really sucks.my friend WILL suicide if he fails at school. WTF do i do! by the way,he will fail

You're going to have to give a little more information in order for a proper response to be made. By failing school; do you mean one class, or everything he's taking right now? Why would he be failing to begin with, does he have any other mental health, learning disability, or life issues which would have contributed? How much longer does he have to make improvements before grades are finalized? Has he tried getting help for the difficulties he has been experiencing, academic or otherwise?

As a friend, the best thing you can do is to reinforce the idea that there are better ways to solve problems than taking one's life. Be there for him, and try to help wherever possible, but encourage him to reach out for help as well.
