are there ways to tell when your penis is about to grow,
im 15 turning 16 in october and im about 5 inches erect. and 3 non erect
am i gonna stay this size or grow?

it might grow over time or during the middel of puberty but i dont know if you can tell if your penis is about to grow.

you may grow a bit more or you may stay that size. i have a 20 year old friend who is 5 inches erect. it is all about your body. everyone has a differernt shaped penis and a different sized penis. penises are like fingerprints, no two are alike.

5" erect is within the normal adult size range, its at the lower end but its a normal size and more than enough to get the job done and give pleasure to you and your partner. At your age you could well see some more growth but no one can tell you for sure that you will, you'll have to wait and see.

it may grow some more it may not. it doesn't stop growing until you reach the age when puberty ends which is usually the early twenties. soo don give up hope but don have so much that it might disappoint you in the end. but hope it comes out for the best for you. :D
