You need to fix your images.
*Here they are*

I think what you did was try and IMG tag the page instead of just the image.

ok, mmm, I really, really believe you should forget trying to do the manga-style, and instead work your observation basics. Take a photography of yourself (or a friend, or anybody else...) in the pose you want to represent, then grab a pencil, a paper sheet, and try to reproduce it as best as you can - try to be as faithful to the original as possible and don't be satisfied by approximations.
I strongly suggest you have a look at Drawing the Head and Figure by Jack Hamm (some rumors say that a pdf copy could be found on download sites, but well, that's just a rumor... ;)) - it contains tons of useful informations not only on learning how to draw the human figure, but also on properly observing things around.

If you couldn't get a Jack Hamm pdf. try Andrew Loomis pdf books. Their copyright is not over, but it is all over the net. So, check that guy as well.

The position she's in isn't humanly possible. I like the drawing, but practice on the legs.
(Pot, kettle. I'm not great at human proportion either)
Post your pixel art.
Also, the 2nd one is adorable I want that in a doll or something.
