Two problems with window size and location

As the title suggests there seems to be two issues with window size and location on my netbook.

Ok, I use Google Chrome and use incognito mode for the majority of my browsing (don't know if that matters).

When I click to open google chrome originally, it opens normally. Fullscreen and in the middle of the screen; when I open incognito mode though, it opens about 1/2 the screen and right in the bottom right corner - so I can only see the address bar and that is all.

Any ideas anyone?

Ummm... could that be the default size for that mode? I don't use it so I wouldnt know. But its not that hard to resize it is it?

Only Vt, of course the thing that every teen boy does too.

I know it's not too bad to resize it every time. It is just irritating because it never used to do this...
