Don't worry. Everyone goes through puberty at different times. Some start young others start later. Your penis will begin to get bigger over time, just give it chance.

Dont be at all! You will grow over time since puberty lasts until your early 20's meaning you have around 10 years to go.

Just back up what the others have said, some guys start puberty younger that others and might progress at different speeds. At 13 you are still too young to be called a "late bloomer", you have plently of time for things to happen. Also dont believe everything you read, the number of 13 year olds with big erections is probably much smaller than reading some of the threads on here would make you think.

i know Exactly how you feel bud. i am only 4.5" when hard and im 15. but no need to worry you are just a late bloomer and you still have 7 years or so too grow.

yup as time goes by by 18 you'll be a whole lot bigger. you can expect to get bigger by 14 or 15 though
