While I was on this site I noticed masterbation is generally accepted here but I don't really like it and think it's sort of wrong, no offense. My question is can I get by without performing such activities or is it dongerous towards my health? Also, when you ejaculate how much is suppose to come out (Kind of off topic, sorry)?

Its entirely up to you whether you masturbate or not. Latest medical thinking is that there are some health benefits in favour of doing it, but not enough for it to be a big deal. If you choose not to masturbate you will get wet dreams which can be kind of annoying, your body will produce sperm and one way or another it needs out. But its your choice.

There is nothing wrong with not liking masturbation. It's your choice whether or not you want to do it.

No it has no affect on your health, although you would most likely expeirence wet dreams. And By the way masturbation isn't wrong lol.

Masturbation is an easy way for adolescent teens to release sexual tensions and stress. Not masturbating is not a problem but can lead to embarrassing wet dreams. Sooner or later it will just happen and you wont be able to control it. And for the ejaculation distance, it just depends on how aroused you are and how long you drag out your session.

It's a natural thing, usually out of curiosity, and it has no significant affect one your health.
regarding the second question:
it depends for everyone. some "dribble"and don''t get alot some "spit" and shoot out semen.

masturbation is healthy and lack of masturbation is also healthy. it's really okay not to if you don't want to. also, there is no specified amount of semen that is supposed to come out via ejaculation, it varies from person to person.
