I know it depends where you are in puberty so what's would you say is a small size erection for someone in late puberty or done with puberty? I'd would say anything less than 5 inches.

First of all there is no "normal" size for anyone as everyone grows different and everyone has a different size.

I agree for someone who is below 5 inches AFTER puberty is below average. However, those who are currently in puberty have plenty of hope.
