Save the image to your computer and then go to the user control panel. Go to signature and underneath the typing box there should be a box to upload it into. When its uploaded click the "Insert sigpic" button and then click save

Hi, can I have the NIGHT signature in neon green. The text is "Silence like a cancer grows" with the quote marks. The font is good as it is

in the text underneith, same font as it is there and same colour, saying KingCharlieIV

You had it too big. The sig requirements here are 400x125. Anything bigger and it won't stay transparent. I've made it smaller for you, it should work now.

You can just use whatever you have that's vaguely similar. I don't mind.

I've tried as much as possible, i cant find those fonts. Have a look around here (http://www.dafont.com/) and see if you can find any you like and i'll have it done within an hour of your reply :)
