for some reason my penis is always like sticking out/pointing out slightly and it makes this bulge. especially in my P.E shorts, so all the time i have to keep my penis up against my stomach using the waistband

but i sorta developed a habit to do that, and now the bottom side of my penis, where it comes in contact with the waistband the most, has this red spot thing that hurts a little if u rub it.

is this bad? shud i stop sticking my penis against my waistband?

It probably isnt good for your penis to be trapped like that so much of the time, it sounds like it needs a break from it. You should think about wearing more supportive underwear like briefs or boxer briefs. With briefs you penis would be held against your body without it getting pinched at all and your problem would be solved. Maybe even think about a jockstrap for sports.

It's hard to hide a bulge. I would just keep your penis down, not really to the side. If I notice I have one, I adjust my pants sometimes, but usually I forget about it, and nobody really makes a big deal about it.

You can also take Nick's advice by wearing different underpants, might work out for you.

If it's the exact spot that his penis is in contact with his waistband, from what I understand - it is, then it probably is from keeping it in the same position and rubbing against the material.

All I can say is take Nicks advice, tighter boxer/boxer briefs or normal briefs. They would all probably be good enough support without having to squash it between things.

Nicks right you could do that, or I always recommend compression shorts from under armour; they keep you penis in place and at the same time they ventilate really well, and you can wear them all the time, or just in p.e. when you say it sticks out most...

Maybe you just have a really big thing? It's nothing to be ashamed of. My friend has a noticibal(sp) bulge but he doesn't make big deal out if it. He says a lot of girls in PE look at him when he does jumping-jacks though.

The problem isn't necessarily hiding the bulge, its more of the irritation that occurs when you have your penis in contact with the waistband for so long. Throw some movement and shifting into that and its recipe for a rash or other skin irritation.

I would say, don't put it in there anymore.
Instead, either deal with the bulge or find some way to hide it better. Maybe wearing briefs can reduce the pointy-ness
