bandages on 2 toes

this morning I had 2 infected ingrown toenails cut out and now I got a bandage on both toes and I need advice on how I can keep it on.im in bed as I write this and my main concern is that I move in my sleep and it might come off, how can i help keep them on? .::. its currently 1.45am and im writing this on psp, ignore the mistakes. ty.

1. Stop worrying about it coming off as if it was done by a doctor / nurse, it should stay on overnight.

2. If you are worried about it coming off, put some medical tape on the parts of the bandage which join the skin.

I agree with David's first point above really, the doctors & nurses are doing this all the time and presumably know what they're doing!

If you're worried how about keeping some socks on - unless the pressure is uncomfortable.
