heey everyone.
Ok so today I went to athletic club and one of my teachers saw my cuts, they were preety hard to miss , she asked me some questions but i refused to answer anything. She said that she was going to talk to me tomorrow, im scared she will tell my parents or anyone! I tried telling her I was in an accident but it is probably ovious that I did them. So i don't know what to do! Im scred, EXTREAMLY worried and I dont wanna see her but im going to see her tomorrow because i have gym.
What should i say to her?
should I tell her the truth?
You can say anything you think about this...
thank you.:(

tell her the truth, there is no way on getting passed this .... hun don't fret. what is the worst thing that can happen? you get help? this is a good thing. can you imagaine a life without self harming, a life without wanting to. no more long clothign in the summer. that is a good thing :) i know it's really scary... when i told my parents they didn't take it well... but they accepted it and treid to help me. no parent will reac positively to a child self harming. imagine how'd you'd feel that your child is hurting themselves and you couldn't stop them ,btu try to help them. and they don't understnad... they will try... but they can't because they haven't gone through it...

edit- now there are ways around this... if you really want them PM me, but this is the best way, and well the ways around this might not work... PM me if you ever want to talk good luck hun, we are all here for you :)

Its best just to tell the truth, she's already seen them so she will know what's happened.
Plus you might be able to get some help with it through her, they will only try and help you.
I'm not really sure about telling your parents, depending on how old you are they might have to tell them.
Good luck with gym tomorrow, feel free to PM if you need to talk
