compulsory circumcision

i was in religous stuides class in school and we were talking about jewish circumcison - and this guy shouts out "miss - i think there should be compulsory circumcision for everyone!"

the only reason why Jews are circumcised is that it has something to do with cleanliness or something.

i do know that some Muslims do get circumcised too.
