But I still won't wear a skirt or short shorts. WAAAAAAAAY too many scars!

I'm not ashamed. I like blood. And I like scars.

It worked for me.
Counseling did not. It might never.

Cutting is not as dramatic for me as it is for others.

Anyone out there that's like me?

I'm pretty sure there are others out there like you but I must ask, if you're not ashamed, why not wear skirts?

Because people ask me about them, and other people are very serious about the subject, and rightfully so.

However, most of the time people report me to counselors and teachers and my parents, which gets really annoying and dramatic.

I will wear skirts and shorts around certain people who know I like the scars or just don't ask, but otherwise I get too much grief from other people.

It's not like I'm going and encouraging people to cut, I just like the smell of blood, and the look of it. :)

I think that that is Ok, everyone is entitled to what ever they want to participate in.
If you like blood so much my don't you just use fake blood. That is really realistic.

yeah I feel the same, I do cover myself up to stop people calling me attention seeking or whatever but if people ask to see my marks I wont hesitate to show them. I know I probably shouldn't cut but to me it's the only coping mechanism I have.
