im 18, and I've posted a similar thread but this is more specific

-I started puberty 13/14
-I have a little arm pit hair but not a lot
-I have a lot of pubic hair (I've had amount the same since 14 though, it didnt really grow in stages)
-a little snail trail hair on stomach
-No chest hair
-Little facial hair, I grow hair but it is not proper facial hair and it seems to stop growing after i have a little
-Average muscular development (around 13/13.5 inches)
-Around 6 footish and 180 pounds (Never really had a big growth spurt, most I've grown in a year is about 2-3 inches at 15-16)
-I don't have a childlike voice but I don't have a visible adams apple
-Flaccid Penis around 3.5-4 inches length and 3-4 inches girth (penis head is small and seems underdeveloped).
-Scrotum never grew a lot, my balls pretty much either hang a little or are tight close to body, scrotum is pinkish.

My testesterone level is 556 ng/dl, I've heard the average for my age is 800 ng/dl. I'm a just a late developer and the level proves it? Apparently I'm around stage 4 which could cause more penis and testicle growth potentially, as my testesterone increases to 700-800 (hopefully) will I see more dramatic changes then?

You should, if you don't, don't get too worried but you may want to ask a doctor about taking testosterone in the next 2 years.

my doctor said my level was fine (although it was different to the doctor who took the test), it was a little over the midrange for the normal levels but it should be at the high end really. I know that as my beard grows properly, and chest hair etc comes that should raise my testesterone level but idk by how much.

listen if it ends up not happening you can get testosterone or growth hormones to fix it so no worries worst case scenario is you need pills

Just wait a little and if this is still going on you may need to see a doctor
