i've always been told that 'penis size doesn't matter', but i still have no idea what peoples idea of a small penis actually is. so, length wise, what is "small"? (for adults)

Well the average penis size among men is roughly 5in. So im guessing anything smaller than that is deemed 'small'. But different people have different opinions on what is small and what's not.

People say its "the motion of the ocean" its kinda half and half, if u have a big dick but dont know how to use it there is no point. You can still have a a good time with a small/medium size one but you gotta know how to use it either way :D

Yes 5-7" is considered average for a man so anything under 5" inches is I suppose small.
