The answer is obvious, dont masturbate when you have a headache. The wanking is increasing your blood pressure which is probably what makes the headache worse.

Well I mean, don't wank it when you got a headache, like Nick said... You headache gets worse because your body goes through a series of contractions and convulsions that can your heart to beat faster which in turn causes more blood to enter your head and create brain swelling, which is what a headache is...

I've had this problems, usually after I stopped drinking caffeine for an extended period of time. One tip I'd give you is you insist on doing this while having a headache, try slow deep-breathing and it should help keep it from getting too bad.

i have done it be4 and have experienced the same result, when you are doing it more blood gets pumped around your body faster, this means more moving blood in the brain, or the areas that hurt, intencifying the pain that you are already feeling, an oposite example is ussualy when i have a headake u try not to move, little to no light, trying to relax so that your blood pumpes slower so you dont feel the pain as much,

My headache has gotten worse a few times. But it also has gone away afterwards. It usually depends on the strength of the headache beforehand.

I think it depends on how much you do it or how fast because of the blood flow when you jack off it can either make it go away or make it worse. But to be safe I dont think you should jack off when you have a headache
