Hey , im back . Well im sorry , but i couldnt really find any old forums on what i am gunna ask. So if you happen to find it , just posting it here will help out , thanks. Well i guess i am just asking on WO routines :/ I know i know this is a overused question. But i am willing to do it or w.e. I just want to look decent or at least get SKinny buff [goal] xD Well I guess i am a soccer player , so i got muscles on my legs and lower half, but i am skinny as a fuking twig on my upper half . XD LOL ugh .. kinda pisses me off a bit :/ Well i am 5'7-9 .. i guess i want skinny buff , which is just biceps, abs, and pecs. thats about it. But i have no idea what are the workouts or EVEN how long ! i should do it. If you guys can please plox provide me info or even additional ones on these. I will very upmost apperciate it. Three things:
1.) run: running works out your core muscles getting them toned, and lean, and also improves breathing and endurance
2.) pushups pushups pushups! You can never do too many pushups! These work your abs, your pecs, biceps, triceps, and various back muscles, and will really make you lean and mean
3.) bicep curls: if you want some nice arms, do these. They work your biceps and triceps and can quickly build muscle and improve strength.
All of these things are easy, but if you want the full effect, you have to constantly be doing them, work on a schedule (plan one out with a personal trainer or something) and then stick to that schedule, and don't slack off... That's how you get some kickass muscles...
