I dont think there is such a thing, so your gonna have to just put up with it, sure it can be annoying especially when you sweat but surely you will have got used to it by now ?

hair removal cream exists, but it's NOT meant to be used there. Even stuff that's advrtized for bikini line is too harsh for that area
youre best off shaving if it bugs you that much. Which if u do you need to be VERY careful you dont cut yourself (it hurts like a bitch)

Hair removal cream does exist as Veet and Nair are two major brands out there which make that product. Those products are usually in the $7-$8 range, but it varies according to store. You can usually find such products in the health and beauty section of your local discounter or drugstore with the feminine rasors.
As for using hair removal cream on your genitals that is a bad idea. Hair removal cream companies specifically say not to use their products on the genitals as they are designed for the torso, legs, and arms.
If shaving your pubic hair is really itchy, then you ought to invest in a beard trimmer instead which can start at $14. You can trim down your pubes without actually removing them which does help with reducing, if not eliminating, the itch you get. Also, using calomine lotion or regular lotion down there can really help out with the itch if you do shave your pubic hair down to the root.
As for hair removal creams, you have to keep in mind that you are still supposed to shave before using them and one puts on that product after the fact to pick up left over hair and to make one's skin feel smooth. Hair removal products do not work all that great if you put it right on top of long hair as it will take forever to remove the hair that way.
