To answer your question, yes some do, not all. It's pretty complicated to shave it though, because you can't exactly see what you're doing so most just leave it as it is.

Most guys will get butt hair. It can be kind of a nuiscance when it comes to keeping clean so some guys will shave it.

Yes, starting about 14 most guys get a bit of hair around their bum-hole, which then spreads up the crack and along the perineum. How much hair depends on the boy, some really hairy, others hardly any, a few none at all.
It comes together with armpit hair, so if you see a guy with really hairy armpits, he'll have a hairy bumcrack too.
