29 days later, and its all gone to sh*t again.

i've made such a mess of my arm
i cant even count how many cuts there is
its all crisscrossed and just a mess.
but i havent got the same regret and sadness i used to get.
it wont stop bleeding but i dont care.
i feel okay.
i just wanted everything to stop
voices to shut up
it all to go away just for 5 minutes.
and it went.
it seems okay again
i know everythings not really gone.
and i have PE in two days, these are never gonna fade by then.
but i just dont care anymore.

it's amazing how much damage the past can do to the future when it comes back. it's amazing how much damage a misunderstanding can do too. everything went to hell in the space of a week, and now i've gone with it.
it's okay though, i'm all better, honest.

The cuts, have you cleaned them and stuff, apply pressure to the wounds and don't lift the gauze/whatever you use to clean up. Wrap it around your arm and leave it for awhile.

About the PE thing ...
I don't know about your school, nor do I know if you have told them yet however.
I told my school about 3 weeks ago. They have said if there is any reason, good reason that I didn't want to do PE, Like I cut my arms really bad or felt REALLY down then I would be able to skip a couple of lessons and if necessary I would be able to go home.
But yeah just wear long sleeves for a jumper (Yeah I know in the lovely weather but my school have gotten used to me wearing it!)

and saying i deserved for her to shout at me yesterday.
we kinda keep arguing from the stress of everything thats suddenly gone on, so yeah.
other than that she hasn't said anything else.

ohh m sorry i read your post but your meant to right? i feel so bad for you and i dont know what to do for pe either.. and argung with your friend must be horrible...especaily when you need her most.. i hope someday you'll give up for good and that you cope okay until then xx
