Alright I need some pointers on friends.

I'll start with this...
My best friend started hanging out with bad people. By that I mean hardcore druggies, thieves, and all that bad jazz. it has had an effect on him, he no longer tries in school, and went from academic, to applied. He could easily pass academic, he should have no trouble. He also always acts like an asshole to me, and his girlfriend. Two of these people have bullied me in previous years. One of them makes fun of me even if I am briefly mentioned in conversation while I'm not there. Even though I haven't talked to him IN TWO YEARS! The other bad influence on my friend is even worse. Only because I end up talking to him frequently. I'm a bit of a nerd, and I play xbox live, so I end up talking to my best friend and the BI (bad influence) alot. He makes fun of me constantly, I actually hate him so much. I want to punch him! Punch him! Punch him! I hate him! I hate him so much! Whenever he is around him and anyone else make fun of me pretty much. None of my friends tell him to stop, they all join in, even my bestfriend.

I really wanted to get that off my chest.

I'll probably want to post more later too, but im tired now.

Also, if anyone knows what I should do? Continue to ignore him. Or get him to stop using physical power?

If he is your friend, then he wouldn't do any of that stuff. Simple as that.

Have to say if he was a true friend he would stick up for you and defend you to his new "friends".

He could end up dragging you into something.

My advice is to distance yourself from him, but stay frriendly dont ignore him right out, keep up friendly hi's when you pass by him and maybe the odd conversation, but dont get involved if he invites you out with his "friends" cause it can only end badly if they dont like you

This "friend" of yours. Does he realize what his bad friends are doing to you? Or does he think it is funny?

This friend should realize what he is doing to you, and if he is a true friend he shouldn't be doing it at all. You also need to stop talking or associating with them entirely. They are bad influences and will eventually try to get you to do things that I'm sure you won't want to do.

If he laughs along with these new friends, he is no friend of yours. He is trying to be "cool" or be part of the "group". He is a follower, not a leader. That is what you need to be. A leader.

Hope this helps.
