little boy blue is right! i shave mine when necessary. i you want to/need to then find a way to do it in front of a mirror. so you dont cut your self and once again i recommend shaving cream.

I dont know, its there for a reason as long as you keep it clean I dont see how it can feel dirty.

It would annoy the shit out of me to have the itchiness of the hairs growing back in my butt, but thats just me. Plus its not that hairy anyway for me, so im not concerned.

I shave it, it is not itchy afterwards. Use a mirror, take care, no problem. I hate it when shit gets stuck in the hair, surely this happens to other people, really its better without the hair.

my ass is crazy hairy, lol..sometimes i do shave it, but not that often, like a few times a year. really it doesn't bother me. i mean i think a lot of guys have hair on their butts. and personally, i dont think its a big deal. i have come to terms with it. i dont mind it too much. its a hassle to shave anyways.
