I would not worry about getting an erection at the doctor's office as it really is difficult to get aroused in such a place. Just look at the needles and smell the antiseptic as that would be enough to make most people want to vomit and would kill any sexual thought in your mind.

With all of that being said it is not a big deal if you get an erection. It is not like you are in a locker room at school, and your getting an erection is normal especially if you are touched in the right way. The doctor and nurses are not there to judge you, and they really will not notice your getting an erection anyway and will not comment on it. After seeing as many penises as they have yours frankly will not be any different from the rest.

When you go into the doctor's office be as open and honest as you can as he/she cannot do their job unless you tell them everything. The doctors are not there to spy on you or tell your parents about what you do, and they are there to help you.

Well, last time I was at the doctor's for a physical and when it got to the genital portion, horror of horrors I started to get an erection. I just acted like I didn't notice it, and the male doc didn't even blink. Thankfully, it never got to the point of a full blown erection by the time he told me to pull my pants back up. I had this worry once, here are two things to think about. First, when they check for hemorrhoids, they generally just lift the penis up, and then have you put your underwear back on; thats quick and generally you don't go into full on erection that quickly. Second, he / she is you doctor, and they have seen you naked anyways so it wont be a big deal; when I was 13, I did get hard, but my doctor didn't say anything, she checked and kept going, embarrassing, but not a big deal.
