I am a 16 year old girl and last week I went to a sleepover and wet the bed. The girls at the party took pictures and passed them out to the whole school. When they did that it made me think they had done something to make me wet the bed. But now i've started to wet the bed at home. I am a attractive girl who has to sleep in a diaper. I'm fully developed and thought i was done with puberty is this puberty related? thanks

I wouldn't say its puberty related no, but in some cases it can be trigged by a change in hormones and can be related to a lot of things such as a small bladder, as said above a change in hormones which causes an increased production of urine or a weak bladder. Its actually quite common among teens. What you need to remember though, is that even though it can be embarrassing its a medical problem and it's not your fault in the slightest. The best thing for you to do would be to talk to your doctor. They would be able to give you an accurate diagnosis as to why its happening, and the severity of it. The two most common treatments for bedwetting to my knowledge is a treatment of medication for it, or behaviour training. It will take some time, but it will become manageable. Different treatments will work for different people. Good luck!

By the way we figured it out. i was drinking to much caffine before bed which aparently stimulates your bladder.

That it does, because caffiene is a drug that is a stimulant that can in some cases cause muscle control, which in this case was your bladder muscles... Since they contract and release due to the stimultion of caffiene, your bladder can freely empty itself... I'm glad that you were able to remedy it though, and wow, you have some shitty girls at your school...

remember even if you have problems such as these, it doesn't take away your attractivness.

No. It could be because you have anxiety issues and feel insecure or because you're simply not going to the bathroom before bed.
