I know this is a very rare disorder, but I honestly think I have it. I have a heartbeat sound in my right ear and I have an echo feeling when I talk, and when I swallow the popping is extremely loud and this is getting hard to live with and i'm starting to go through a depression. I also can hear myself breathe when it is really quiet and like air pressure inside my ears.Is there anything out there that can help me? If so what can I do i'll try anything at this point.

The best thing to do in any case when you're doubting your health is to see a doctor. They would be able to give you a better and more solid diagnosis than we could and would be able to treat you. However, just because you have a few symptoms of a disorder doesn't necessarily mean you have it. Get it checked by a doctor, its your best option. Good luck!

Well it is most likely your ear picking up vibrations from the arteries near your ear.
Unless you are feeling dizzy and such, I wouldn't worry about it (not an emergency room deal) but just bring it up to your doc on your next visit.

EDIT:
Didn't read it right. Seems like it really isn't really a life threatening problem other than the fact that your ears are extremely sensitive. There may be meds to reduce it...but for some reason your body is picking up on your bodily sounds.

Anyways, I think you aren't in danger just have an annoying condition probably, still doesnt hurt to bring it up at your next visit

I get the same kind of thing as you do but I very highly doubt it's anything dangerous. It's totally normal to get these kind of sounds in your ears - everyone does and there's no real need to worry about it. Even if it is the condition you have mentioned, it's not particularly life threatening.

If you really feel it's getting to an annoying level, go and see your doctor for a more accurate diagnosis :)
