my keyboard: dirty ... what do i do?

umm my keyboard is dirty...

and i was wondering.. can i just put it in the dishwasher??

i heard you can do that but i dont want to break it!

ahhhhhhhhh! :cry:

i broke my keyboard... i ran it under water and it wont work...

and now i am using my dads keyboard that took from his office, and i plugged it in... and his computer went crazy! :(

and the disk thing started popping in and out ... and it started going

'beep, beep, beep, beep, beep."

im in big trouble :(

Is it a basic pain ole wired keyboard?
Did you let it dry COMPLETLY befor plugging it in?

Yes. Make sure it's completely dry before you try to reconnect it. And, next time, if you're going to run it under water, you might want to take it apart, somewhat, and wipe the areas where the keys are, not the actual circuit board.
