Indeed I do

Go to your User CP and under settings there should be "Edit avatar"
Just either put a link into the box or upload a picture and you're all set!

I have a bit saying "Junior Member" and I only joined 2 days ago. Some other people have "Junior Member" and they joined in December 2009. Do I get higher things the more I post? Thanks. :)
