probably about 5-6 inches. seeing that is the average adult male. and by 15 SOME are done growing down there. not all. so dont think the wrong thing.

There isn't really any average penis size for a certain age.

Everyone is different at an age. You could be 8" or 3", 11" or 5".

But if you look, a large amount of 15 year olds are around 4" to 6"

Averages at different ages during puberty are not really published, there is one web site that sometimes gets quoted but its results are hopelessly unreliable. The fact is that there is a huge variety of sizes because some guys will be done with growing down there while others may be late bloomers and might not even have started. The average adult erection size is around 5.9" so its reasonable to assume that the average for 15 year olds would be a bit smaller. I would agree with Jack that the majority are probably between 4" and 6".
