ok so i have Eczema, and it was fine for awhile, but recently my mom accidently bleached my long sleeve shirts, now both my arms are covered in this red rash, and it burns and stings and hurts really really bad, it's really annoying and feels disgusting.. i've tried lotions... it's not going away... help!??!! what can i do to mak it go away? :( its been like this 4 days now and getting worse

i thought i should add specifics to what it looks like i have it all over my legs too... its not my arms, however legs are different...

so i'llstart with arms they itch they burn, when you try to scratch rub or even move them it feels like alcohol o a cut, it burns...and its puffy and arghh its annoying
on my legs its al over itchy, and stinging not pufffy thank God. however they bleedwhen you scratch them... its lierally all over my legs and arms ... no joke, my parents gave me benadril and hydrocortisone ream to put on it, but that made it redder and sting... never mind legs are now puffy up like arms this is awful... :(

Maybe you should try a form of cortizone cream it really helps with rashes and I think even eczema. I fthat doesn't work then when you go to see your dermotologist bring it up with them and they can probably give you a special cream for it.

Sounds like a good idea :)

From what you've said, you're getting a bad reaction from the bleach / some other cleaning agent used on your shirts which is a pretty normal thing to happen as our skin wasn't built to have bleach and other harmful things on it.

i just went to one, like a few days ago to check a mole that may be cancerous, i showed her my arms and she was just llike hmm.... don't use fabric softener O_o i'm not alergic to that, just bleach, so since we haven't used bleach, my arms have cleared up basically snce then which is good :)
