How come as we get older our penises get more sensative like when u r ten and get racked it the nuts it hurts a whole less than 16

My only guess as to why a penis might be more sensitive past puberty is that one uses his penis a lot post puberty whereas prior to puberty a little kid will barely notice it and only use it for urination. I would think that if a penis is injured pre or post puberty it is going to hurt equally bad, but in light of sex being on guys' minds post puberty obviously we are going to notice abnormalities with a penis a lot more than when we were kids.

because then we are not developed yet (normally)...thats why you have to get a physical if you play school sports.
