To be honest, most dreams are actually somewhat related to things going in your life at that time, so its perfectly normal for these things to happen. I have them quite a lot of the time as well. The best thing you can do to soothe them is to try (Although it may seem hard) and stop worrying, or at least try to stop worrying as much about these things. Relax a bit before you go to bed. Have a bath, put a movie you like on, or read a book you like and just lay there and let your mind go blank. Try to avoid laying there thinking about these things before you sleep, you're more likely to fret about them otherwise. Hope this helps, good luck.

Not necessarily - Dreams are sometimes not related to the person, and sometimes it is related to someone else. But, you keep dreaming about it. But, it is still connected to you as a character.

It is natural to have such dreams. Hallucination is totally different than dreams.
But dreaming about Hallucination is not a big deal. You feel you are awake, but not awake and see unusual things in this stage, this is totally alright and normal part of the dream made from several factors.

Also, make sure your sleeping hours are about 6-8 hours per night. Make sure you are sleeping early, around 9:30 and 11:25 P.M, it is the optimum sleeping hours.

As usual, clear your mind from thoughts and what not. Think positive and don't go over other things. You are paranoid, that's all. Just clear mind of thoughts. If you are to eat dinner, make it at least 2 hours from the initial sleeping hour. Eat light and think less during night.

That's all I have to say.

Faris wishes you good well.

I have plenty of nightmares, because I just can't stand the idea of people being so cruel to each other.. But they often are. As soon as I've seen a movie about murder, so horrors or thrillers, I nearly always dream about it. And it is very, very realistic..

When I had seen the movie "halloween" the crazy man with the mask was chasing me all night long, and I was the only one with the ability to fly, so I had to drag along all my family and my boyfriend, so it went very slowly and made me extremely tired.
