You can only make one blog as far as I know. That way it's not packed with blogs. You can always use blogger and put a link though.

You can only have one blog, yes. There is no need for more than one. You can add as many blog entries as you wish to that one blog.

If you click post to your blog when you're looking at your current blog, then it adds a new entry to your current blog. As said above though, you can only make one actual blog.
