Virtual Memory

On my computer, I'm always gettin'(not as frequent as I make it sound. :P) this little notification that my virtual memory is too low. Now, I have no idea to make it larger or anything. So, my question is how do I go about fixing this?

Im a bit stuck on how to put it into my own words, but when it happened to me with my old laptop, I used this site (http://www.askdavetaylor.com/how_can_i_fix_too_little_virtual_memory_in_windows.html). As it said here, either you've got very little RAM memory left, or theres a buggy program installed. It'll give you the way to resolve the problem. Hope it helps :)

Have you tried the Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826513) site option?

The best thing to do would be to buy some more RAM
