Well if it is an eating disorder it would be anorexia, however a person with anorexia would knowingling not eat food because they have a distorted self image of their body. Also a person who has anorexia would exercise alot to lose body weight.

My guess is that you may just have a digestive problem at the moment, which would explain the sickness after eating and the sickness will make you want to not eat. maybe you should go to your doc and get a professional opinion.

The cutting i have no idea, are you sure its because of food

It does not sound like a mental health illness(which is what an ED is), it sounds like the medical definition of Anorexia, loss of appetite, or nausea, or perhaps because you have ate so little recently, you're stomach has shrunk, therefore when you do eat, you feel very full/sick due to how small your stomach has gotten.

The need to cut yourself after eating, why is that?
Is it related to eating?
Do you feel guilty for eating?
Do you feel you need to punish yourself for eating?
Tell us more if you feel comfortable.

Either way, I'd see a professional about this.
