I dont know what to do. Im an A student... except for math. I have a low C right now! :(
It just seems that i know everything on homework and worksheets, but forget everything on tests! Ive even tried cheating before like from my notes, stashed in the sleeve...didnt work out...

Yeah, so does anyone have any tips, or does anyone struggle with math also? :(

This is actually a really common thing with A students. In my honors classes, a lot of people have a hard time with math, but they can do the classwork. You could try getting a tutor or asking a friend to help you with it. Or just try studying more for the tests. Good luck. :)

I always keep a B average in that class, and it is the only thing that kept me off of Gold Honor Roll.

Good way to go about studying is to get an outline of the topics, and then write down, in order, everything you know about that specific topic: formulas, equations, theorems, how to solve specific types of problems, etc.
Do this right after homework or studying, as a sort of ending exercise, then review that sheet/notecard/what-have-you.

Writing things down outside of problem solving is a surprisingly good way to remember them.

It may not be your knowledge being inadequate but rather your test-taking skills and anxiety or panic from it. Try doing the work or even when studying, try making a test-like environment by timing yourself.

I have that same exact problem. Every other courses tests are quick and easy for me but when math test come(always just have to be 100 points :P) i completely balnk and forget almost everything. Ive tried writing equations and making up situations for myself and it does suprisingly work.
