My absolute dream job...
But I'm having problems, like, money issues...
I want to be able to make enough money to live well off, at least better than my parents. Don't know if I can do that being a chef...

Well, pretty much everyone starts off at a low level, but they build up. That's probably what you'll have to do. Earn enough money to keep you going, and slowly just work your way up with it, saving bits of money up as you go. There's always a few tricks to these things, but things often will start off difficult before you start sailing smoothly. I think chef's are actually paid decent money for what they do, so I don't think you need to worry about that.

It would probably depend on how successful you were to become, but like Aaron says you would have to work your way up. It depends whats more important to you, earning a living doing something you love or perhaps earning more money doing something you dont much enjoy.

It depends on your cooking, creativity and leadership skills. Look at Chef Ramsey, Chef Michael Smith and other big-names. They make enormous amounts, not only because it's televised but because of their abilities and seizing opportunities. If you become a trained chef in fine-dining, once you're hired you'll start at a lower-paying job but move up from there. If you have a specialty, such as pastry chef, then you can gradually move to higher-class restaurants as a pastry chef. But, this requires having skills, creativity, seizing opportunities and possibly leadership skills.

Fixed :P
And yeah as above, you start at the bottom with almost any job. To help with skills, cook at home, take cooking classes at school if you can. Dish pig = FTW :P Ask almost any chef and they will tell you they started at the bottom.
