Weird thing growing on my p

I have a doubt

when i keep my foreskin retracted for too much time, something that looks like a HUGE vein, grows up around ((all the way around, from one side of the penis to the other)) right before the head of my penis. It has no color, and it doesnt really hurt. But im kinda scared about that.

Does anyone know what that might be?

Yes, its called a vein.

Its completely normal. I have one too. Please GOD do not cut it or anything, its of the veins suppling blood to your penis during erection.

It sticks out a lot because its carrying more blood than when it is flaccid around your penis.

Do Not Be Worried Please, Its Completely Normal, though if you are really scared then go to your Doctor and he will say the same thing.
