One thing is for sure this is gowing to be an exiting world cup,messi,rooney,ronaldo,kaka........Mokoena the list go's on and on!!. Shame about the cost to get out ther £5,000 i mean come on!!!!. England Should cruise in to the last 16 As will Algeria in our group sorry USA:whoops:.
As long as we have Most of are players fit we should be one of the Favorites for the big prize along with Spain, Brazil and italy and a 2 or 3 more.
The issue is once we get to the knockout stages, on paper we should get to the last 4 but then in 2006 we looked good on paper but we never quite made it.
If i had to bet on it i would go for the Germans a bit of a dark horse but they are very good at what they do.

lets end 44 years of hurt CMON YOU 3 LIONS!!!!.

Oh and for you usa fans :yummy: http://uk.xbox360.ign.com/dor/objects/53043/2010-fifa-world-cup/videos/fifaworld_gmp_worldcupcelebration_4510.html

Netherlands or Spain is gonna win I think. I'm just annoyed because I think the two teams I will be supporting will meet in the round of 16. O well.

England and Spain are my favourites, but there's always the usual Brazil, Germany and Italy. Argentina, maybe, but they will need more than just Messi.

England are vastly overrated- no quality Goalkeeper and over reliance on Wayne Rooney means USA group win and England to go out in the quarters- Spain to win!

you just mad Scotland can never qualify for the world cup!

I think with Capello's discipline, england can go all the way this time, and hopefully Rooney still has his scoring boots on to fire us into the world cup final! ooo Yes we can dream! Germany, Argentina, Italy and Portugal have all been underacheiving recently, so i think we have a good chance. :>

Rooney is only 1 player. Gerrard, Ferdinand and Terry all have had poor seasons, there is no world class goalkeeper, Glen Johnson can't defend, Ashley Cole and John Terry have got problems and you play EMILE HESKEY!

Does any England fan expect to win the World Cup?

If you look at the games England plays they might not make it to the round of 16.
