im 13 and i sometimes get curios about other boys penis size my age. in pe when we get changed most people wear tight boxers and every1 has a diifent place where the boxers stop. my friend and i sometimes see each other in boxers more often than pe and he seems to have a small penis. please help!

You say "Please help" but I'm not really sure quite what it is that you're asking.

At age 13 some of your friends may be well into puberty and others might not even have started. This means that there is likely to be quite a range of different penis sizes, those that havent started puberty or who's puberty has not got very far will still be small, others may be much bigger. Its all normal and there is nothing to worry about.

Different people develop at different times. Just because it may seem he has a smaller penis, it cold be large while erect.

well it can depend on race, so if your white the average size is 4in, if black/hispanic about 6-7in

i would recommand an expensive heavy duty vacum cleaner at least
a 5 horse power with a flexiable hose, and a 1 1/2 dia. attachment.
place that trouble part of your body in question in the 1 1/2 dia. attachment, turn the off button to on, wait five minutes. repeat as needed.
