a month of triumph and failure

Wow this is rare
Ive lasted a month without cutting
but i broke that chain of accomplishment
because i had a fight with my sister
and i felt terrible on what i had said
and even though we talked it out
i shouldn't have said what i said
so i cut my left arm to punish myself

more so haven't been that depressed lately
besides the fight
my sis and i are cool now
we still love each other
and i guess its because its a crappy day i feel depressed
i'm better now
---
the cut wasn't that deep
so yeah

well done for not cutting in a month :) even though you cut again, that doesnt mean you cant stop again aswell. if you stopped for 1 month, then you can go further.

You are very strong for going one month, and one little setback doesn't have to ruin everything. All you do now is try and stop again, and this time, you know you can make it a whole month cut-free. You can do this. Just know that this has made you stronger.

Well done for not cutting for a month
I haven't done it now for 3 weeks
And like everyone else has said, if you stopped for a month before, dont let it get you down that you cut this time
You can make it another month :)
