time change

How do I change the time on my profile? It says its 8am (its 10am where I am!) THanks...

Go onto your UserCP (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/usercp.php), click the edit options (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions) there is a time zone section near the bottom. Click the menu list, and pick the right one.
