In Northern California, my city specifically, there was an 83 year old man arrested today for rape. He raped a 61 year old woman.

He was a registered sex offender previously convicted for lascivious acts with a minor.

Well, he was already released previously for the child one...

Now the only issue he has is the old lady one...lol...

His bail is set at $100,000.

That's all. I know my dad Is still going to court for his and It was from 1983. Though he has no money for a good lawyer because he spends It all on drugs so. If the trial doesn't work out for him then he will be In jail for a very long time.

California is on top of things...

He is scheduled to be sentenced in a week.

He is claiming he had sex with her, but it was consensual.

That's all. I know my dad Is still going to court for his and It was from 1983. Though he has no money for a good lawyer because he spends It all on drugs so. If the trial doesn't work out for him then he will be In jail for a very long time.

That is horrible, he needs to be locked up for the remainder of his life.
It's not often you hear of a man in his 80's being convicted of rape, well, not that I'm aware of anyway.
