This is not an STD.

Things like this can occur because 1) urinary tract infection (rare) or 2) some other irritation.

Other irritation can be getting soap in your urethra or masturbating and then immediately peeing (this is the most common) or peeing and then immediately masturbating. The reason for the masturbation relation is because there is a sphincter that separates the urethra and vas deferens. The vas deferens carry sperm while the urethra carries urine and eventually sperm at the end. Whenever urine gets into the vas deferens (because the sphincter is still aggravated because of masturbation) then you experience a minor feeling of needing to pee constantly or some burning. This happens to me all the time and is normal.

If it seems to happen too frequently, visit a doctor.
