I need a new swim suit for summer and i was thinking of a new style. I was looking at the black, blue and green,

I think i would look good in it, and its kinda short, it comes 1/4 to 1/3 of the way up my thigh. I know that last time i went shopping with my gf she wanted me to get soccer shorts instead of regular cause she said they were "hot," and soccer shorts are definatly shorter. But i know shes not a big fan of abercrombie. Idk, what do you guys think? Im 16 years old btw 5'10 and 140 lb

Isn't there a cheaper option? And I thought the Sports gear they sell at school (private german school) made by Adidas was expensive.... But I definitely wouldn't pay $50 for shorts....

$50 for a swimsuit, seriously, waste of money. Go to K-mart or something and buy a cheaper pair for like $10. Looks exactly the same just cheaper.

It's not disgusting nor gross, they're fine, I've used shorts half the length of those for track, now THAT'S odd....

I don't see what in the hell this has to do with puberty, but those are personally not my taste. I prefer longer board shorts, but of course it's up to you and what you like. Don't let your gf dictate your fashion to you.

You can go to Zellers, Walmart or any sports store and get swim trunks with a similar or same design. It's expensive because of the name brand and to me, the actual design is pretty plain, so it doesn't seem expensive for that reason.

Trends these days are making shorts longer.
Personally (and i am the same size as you), I wouldn't buy it. Especially for that price, but also because I feel like I would look stupid in it
