i am guy... about 15 and on my penis there is something like coored smuges or patches around my shaft ..there is no depth to it and its not risen its just the same as my skin but diffrent color. some are lighter and some are darker but i dont know wht it is.. is it normal?

Might be where some skin is stretcher then other parts of skin and there is more skin in one spot, can you notice them when your hard?

If it's red and later that skin portion is dry, it's probably irritation or dehydration. I had the aforementioned problem a month ago....

I think I know about what you are talking, and you just might have Fordcye's Spots (sp?) which are totally normal, and a lot of guys have them. What you describe seems to be that condition which is not a problem, and it is basically a skin blemish no different than a birth mark. Beyond the cosmetic issues of such spots they will not affect your urological functions in anyway. Because so many guys have such an issue it really will not make a difference when you are old enough to share your body with someone or if you are naked in a locker room with other guys.

However, it is hard to say with certainty what you have, and the next time you see the doctor for a visit just have him/her take a look at your penis to get an expert's opinion.

If its just the skin, like theres no spots or nothin, just different colored patches of skin, it could be "hypo-pigmentation"

This sounds like vitiligo, which is a pigment disorder of the skin, causing discoloration... It's nothing serious, but I seriously doubt that it's actually what's goin on with you... Are you cut?

i had something like that on my neck once...the doctor said it was a fungus infection and she gave me a cream that made it go away
