Hey im just wondering about a few things. I am uncircumsised and i find my penis very sensitive. When i pull back the forskin of my penis, i can expose the head, but not all of it. when i pull back the foreskin, and i touch the head of my penis its very sensitive and sticky. i started to wash the smegma away more often and im wondering if that was the problem. Also, i have hairs growing ON my penis, like along the shaft. Is that normal? and how would i remove without tearing the penis and having it grow back and hurt.

Yes it's very normal. Just a part of puberty. And I would suggest leaving the hairs alone if they don't bother you. If you want to remove them I would let them grow out a little bit and VERY CAREFULLY trim them.

Just a small pair of scissors and be very careful. Nobody can stress that enough. And they will grow back anyway. So if they don't bother you, don't bother yourself.

Oh ok thanks. i think that will be helpful since my pubes are as long as my flaccid penis, 5 inches.

I'm uncut too, is normal for the head of your penis to be very sensitive. Regular cleaning under the foreskin is normal for uncut guys too but doesnt make you more sensitive. Hairs growing on the shaft are best just shaved off.

It is normal if you cannot totally expose your head especially if you only started stretching your foreskin. It just takes time for you to be able to fully expose your head, and you seem fine.

This is also very normal, and especially if are new to puberty such feelings might continue for a while.

I am guessing that the Smegma issue definitely caused the stickyness. You are going to have to work at keeping your penis clean as having a smegma buildup is never good. As long as you keep your foreskin and head clean and avoid smegma buildup, then you should be all right and hopefully your discomfort will be reduced. Especially after you masturbate make sure you wash up as keeping any bodily fluids on your person is not clean and is pretty nasty and can cause a lot of odours.

This is totally normal, and many guys have this issue. As mentioned above, you can simply use a small pair of scissors to trim back your pubes there. The easiest option is to use a beard trimmer which you can get from a place like Target for around $20 or less, and those things are really good at trimming pubes. Shaft hair can be annoying, but it is something many guys get. Shaft hair is just something you are going to have to deal with for the rest of your life, but if you are pretty good at keeping things down there trimmed, then it should not be an issue really. I would just avoid using the same rasor you use on your face "down there" as that is not very clean, and it can be dangerous, too.
