When ever I am hot or warm weather comes along my scrotum is really loose and much longer than before when it winter does anyone else have this problem

That is the bodys reaction, its not a problem.

The reason for it is that the scrotum hangs outside the body to keep your testicles at a lower tempeture as the normal body temperatuyre 36 degrees celcius kills sperm.

So when there is cold weather it moves closer to the body to stay at the right temperature.

and when its warm it lowers away from the body to cool down

Mr. Awesome has given a pretty much a perfect answer. Its completely natural and normal, they hang lower when hot and keep tighter when cold.

the testes need to be kept at a certain temperature in order to produce healthy sperm cells, so when your scrotum gets loose it's so that your testes can move away from your body heat to cool down to the right temperature....

same as when ur cold....

ur scrotum gets tight cuz it wants too keep ur testes close to ur body heat to keep them warm

its totally normal your scrotum has to stay a certain temperature so that your sperm wont die so in the heat your scrotum will hang lower and when its cold it will retract for more heat

Like everyone else has said... It's a natural response from your body. It keeps your sperm at the perfect temperature to keep them the healthiest.
When it is cold, your scrotum pulls your testicles closer to your body to keep them warmer and when it is hot they descend further away to keep them cooler.

It happens as a temperature control system... Your testicles have to constantly be at around a certain temperature colder than the rest of your body, I believe it's 93-94 degrees farenheit... Your septum stretches itself out to cool them off when you get hot, and shrinks to keep the warm when you get cold... Otherwise, your testicles cannot properly produce sperm and can even become infertile... And there's your biology lesson for the day, lol...
