ok, i know that chocolate is bad for you, and it's really fattening blahblahblah, but if you exercise a lot, like everyday, then can it actually affect your fitness level?

i mean, if you trained every day, and then went home and ate 3 bars of chocolate, would it actually make you less fit or just add an extra 1000 calories onto you?

stupid question, but i'm just curious :P

I actually heard that a square a chocolate everyday was good for your health.

and I don't really think it will have much of an effect on making you less fit.

^^ yes i agree! ive read in recent magazines that eating about 1 gram of chocolate everyday is actually GREAT for you! (assuming you exercise)

umm, dark chocolate is good for you as it contains more actual chocolate

Stevo is correct.

Regular chocolate simply contains a lot of sugar and even has caffeine like all chocolate.

Moderation is key. Eating 3 candy bars would be bad...but eating just one wouldn't be too bad.

chocolate is my big weakness.
i loveeeeeeeeeee the chocolate.when i am eating the chocolate i feel good better and do the work propely without any stress.

I eat a chocolate bar every month or so...
And I keep getting thinner...

Chocolate is contains high calories .
it is increase fat in your body .if you addicted for chocolate .
always eaten a low calorie chocolate.
