I'm curious, what does it mean to become unregistered?

If you're referring to when a member goes from being a member back down to unregistered it can mean two things. The first is that they've changed their email address, in which case they'll need to verify it again as you did at the start. Or they've done something bad enough the admin see's fit to disable their account from being logged into again. This has happened very few times, but it does happen once in a blue moon. No, from what i've seen disabling your account in your own free will doesn't happen here. Only if you choose to just take your info off your profile, change your email address and just never log in again. That's kinda the only way I think.

Oh.... I was wondering because a very close friend of mine has become unregistered and I don't know why.

Does the friend themself know? If not it might be a good idea to inform an admin. He/She might be able to give you some info.

I havent made contact with him otherwise. You see he just out and became unregistered, I think he may have requested it by an admin.

I don't think that's the case. I didn't have that problem when I changed my email....

I've heard that's happened before, I saw it in another thread a while ago asking the same thing.
