my gf is ready to take the next step. but im really scared to bc im afraid my penis size will make her dump me im 5.5 inches and im afraid she will laugh and dump me. does anyone have advise or even penis sizes from guys will help

Tbh, you've got a reasonable and average size. It sounds to me that although your girlfriend may be ready to make the next step, if you're worried that she'll laugh and/or dump you, you might need a little more time to trust her a little more, but that's your choice. You know your girlfriend better than i do, and i'd think that if she was going to laugh or dump you for your size she wouldn't have confided in you that she's ready to take the next step with you. Like the rest have said 5.5 is average. She shouldn't care; if you think she will then maybe ya'll she wait for the next step.
